You Need Friends in Heaven: Find Your Patron Saint – Jolt of Faith 11/6

This month, we remember the saints — not just as heroic figures from history, but as real people who inspire us to grow closer to God. Each of us can find a saint we connect with: someone who shares our name, our interests, our work, or our story. The saints are our friends in heaven who pray for us and help us on our journey. Take a moment this November to discover a saint who inspires you — and let them guide you toward holiness.

In this video, we’ll talk about:
– Why the Feast of All Saints matters
– How saints inspire and encourage us
– Ways to find a saint you can personally relate to
– Why everyone is called to be a saint — not just a few

You Need Friends in Heaven: Find Your Patron Saint – Jolt of Faith 11/6

We began the month of November by celebrating, the Feast of All Saints, and All Saints Day is not just about the heroes of the faith, It’s about the inspiration they’re meant to give. Because as we continue this month of November, it’s great for us to focus on people that inspire us, you know, who our patron saints? Maybe it’s the people we are named after, maybe it’s the name, we took for confirmation, maybe the saint of our profession like a for an athlete, Saint Sebastian. If we’re in medical field St. Luke. If we are into tech and gaming our newest saint, Saint Carlo Acutis.

There are lots of saints out there that we can relate to and just like we need people, we can relate to as friends in the world, we need people who can relate to in God’s Kingdom in Heaven. They can inspire us and show us that we too can find holiness. The Saints are not just meant to be the few. They’re meant to be all of us. During this month of November,

let’s find some saints we can connect to. Maybe Google some, do some research,

find out, who the patron saint of our name is whatever connection we can find to a saint in heaven, gives us a heavenly friend that can inspire us, show us the way, and most importantly, help us by their prayers. That we can too never lose sight of our goal which is to be a saint as well. Not a sermon, not a homily, just that little Jolt of Faith, we may all need.
