In the Eucharist, we are called to “become what we receive.” Whether it was St. Ambrose or St. Augustine who said it first, the message remains clear: each time we receive the body of Christ, we are invited to be transformed into His likeness. But this transformation isn’t just spiritual—it’s meant to create a real change within us. The Eucharist is Christ’s abiding presence with us, and it challenges us to ask: am I becoming more like Him? This week, let’s reflect on how the Eucharist can truly change us, making us more like the Christ we receive.
