Angel Gifts for Christmas Giving

We are hoping that even though this year is different than the past years you will be able and want to help children in our area have gifts for Christmas.  We know that there is still a lot of need this year.

We work with all the schools in the Tuscarora High feeder program (BCES, BCMS, CMES, CMS, OGES, TES), The ARC, Safe Harbor, and Centro Hispano.

Because of the continuing situation with COVID-19 we are keeping the changes we made last year to be able to do this safely.

        1. We will be using Sign-Up Genius, as we did last year, for you to choose a family/child to provide gifts.
        2. We will provide you with information should you have any questions about how the program will work.

We are hoping that as a Church Community we will be able to provide gifts to 140 children (this is the number helped for Christmas 2020).

We receive a wish list for each child that has clothing and toys.  If possible, we are hoping that you will be able to do clothing and toys for one child (sign-up for both items in Signup Genius).

Please return gifts no later than December 5th.  They can be dropped off in the St. Joseph Breezeway Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm or before weekend Masses.

Please ensure gifts are wrapped and tagged with the family number, gender, and age.

An option if you would like to participate but are unable to purchase the gifts yourself is to provide a cash donation specifically marked ‘Angel Tag Program.’ This donation needs to be received by November 30th so we can buy the gifts and get them wrapped on time.

Julie Huddleston is the Lead on the Angel Tag Program.  She can be reached at or at 301.717.1880

Mary Ann Breland can be reached at or at 301.378.3714.

Help provide gifts for those in our community
who might otherwise go without this Christmas!
Thank You for Your Generosity!
